Double Barrel Oak & Ember

Back in 2022 we brewed a double batch of a roasty, chocolatey, imperial oatmeal stout that was aged in Henry Mckenna 10-year barrels for a little over a year before a portion was blended to become Oak & Ember. The remainder of the batch was treated to further maturation in 8-year Elijah Craig barrels, resulting in this wonderfully robust showcase of bourbon-barrel-aging glory.
