out of seven is currently in beta. These terms apply while we're in beta and may be updated as we develop.

Who can use this

You must be of legal drinking age in your country to use out of seven — that's 21+ in the United States and typically 18+ elsewhere. Don't sign up if you're underage.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Don't share your account. If you think someone else is using it, let us know via Contact and we'll help you lock it down.

What you log

Tastings, notes, ratings, and tags are yours. By logging them you grant us permission to store and display them according to the visibility you choose. You can delete any tasting at any time.

What we show

Beers, breweries, and their stats are aggregated from a mix of public beer databases, our own catalog work, and user submissions. We do our best to get it right but we can't guarantee every detail is current or accurate.

Responsible use

Please drink responsibly. Never drink and drive. If you or someone you know is struggling with alcohol, please reach out to a professional resource — this app is a rating tool, not a medical one.

Changes

We may update these terms as we grow. When we do, we'll update this page and notify anyone with an account.
