Raspberry Parliament

Beginning with our russet-colored “Parliament” base aged in French oak, this beer underwent a second fermentation on beautiful raspberries from our neighbors at King Estate before a brief final rest in post-Rhino-Suit, American oak barrels to round out the acid profile. A touch of local wildflower honey adds a hint of sweetness and complexity to the final blend.
