With very few exceptions, Bierstadt uses exclusively German noble hop varieties. But, when renowned German Hop supplier @hvggermanhops asks to do a collaboration using newer German cultivars, you should say yes. So we did. The result showcases both floral and spicy hop characters. We would like to thank HVG for supplying hand-selected Díamant and Aurum hops. We will be selling what we don't drink ourselves.
