Head Full of Fresh Hops starts with select fresh hops harvested in Yakima and loaded into the brew kettle within 24 hours of harvest. Fresh hop beers signal the harvest season in the Pacific Northwest and are the height of our brewing year. 2-Row Pale, Rolled Oats, Flaked Wheat, and White Wheat with Mosaic and Ekuanot hops and Lactose.
