Misère au Borinage

Misére is a foudre aged Grisette brewed with a large amount of raw and malted wheat and lightly hopped with a blend of Cascade and EKG. It was fermented with a blended saccharomyces strain and then aged in an oak foudre with a house mixed culture for 5 months.
