Shadowlifter

Shadowlifter is our Coffee Oatmeal Milk Stout brewed with British Maris Otter, flaked oats, and a heavy combination of Crystal and dark roasted specialty malts. Milk sugar was added during the boil to balance the roasty/chocolatey malt profile, and create a sweet and full body. After fermentation, Shadowlifter was conditioned on top of freshly roasted Nine Swans coffee from our friends at Elm Coffee Roasters.
