Citrus Drop

It’s that time of the year for Citrus Drop Triple IPA. Huge fruit character, but no actual fruit was harmed in the making of this big ol’ IPA, just a bunch of citrus loaded hops! This year we dropped tons of Eclipse, Comet, Chinook and Citra in for blasts of citrus, pine, lemon/lime and a touch of mango. It’s big. And juicy. And oh soooooo smooth.
