Hop Shindig

Break out the poinsettias ‘cause we’ve got some Celebrating to do! We brought in a fresh bale of whole leaf El Dorado hops from our friends at CLS Farms and packed this beer with all of its hoppy goodness. This labor of love teems with notes of watermelon, pear, light citrus and herbal hop flowers. Finally, an IPA with fresh-kilned hops. Why didn’t somebody think of this first?
