Café De Olla

Cafe de Olla is a Mexican farmhouse drink that consists of coffee, cinnamon and piloncillo (Mexican brown sugar). We used that drink to inspire us to make an Imperial Stout with Perennial Artisan Ales. This is not Pastry Stout, there's no vanilla or sweet ingredients in it.
