Moksa Brewing CoPastry Mode is our original full blown pastry stout, brewed with grist heavy in caramel and chocolate malt, then infused with over 1lb per gallon of coconut flakes, a blend of four types of vanilla beans, and finished with a hefty addition of hazelnut coffee. Hazelnut and coffee dominate the aroma, and rich coconut and vanilla carry all the way through the finish of this decadent sipper.
