Side Project BrewingDouble Barrel Aged Imperial Stout aged in Willett 5yr & 8yr Family Estate Bourbon barrels then finished in Willett 8yr Wheated Bourbon barrels. We added Tanzanian Vanilla Beans in the Willett 8yr Wheated Bourbon barrels and then finished the beer on additional Tanzanian Vanilla Beans at packaging.
