Our much-loved Pale Ale returns! And with great Pale Ale comes modest changes to this staff favorite! Arizona Star strikes a balance of moderate bitterness and fully pronounced hop flavor in a Hazy Pale Ale sized package. For this updated version, we used a lovely lot of Galaxy and selected Cascade in the whirlpool and dry hopped modestly but steadily with Simcoe, Cashmere and Idaho 7 for a lemony, peachy, piney good time. A perfect hoppy beer for humid, late summer storm watching, this beloved pale ale feels like a cool drop of rain on the back of the neck.
