Señor Gallo

This Mexican inspired Vienna lager is brewed with a base of Pils & Munich malts, heavy handed on rice, a touch of light crystal and even less of an oldie but goodie—Victory malt. Hopped throughout the boil with Hallertau Mittlefruh. Fermented low and slow with our house lager yeast. Crispy and flavorful, the best of both here at the Wren House. 5.3% & so refreshing
