Aromas of dried flowers, white grape skins, hay, and tropical fruit smoothies. Deep and complex acidity gives way to a clean refreshing finish. Mixed culture, open fermented, age 10 months in new French Oak foudre. Grist: local barley, local wheat, local rye. Hops: Huell Melon.
